Welcome to A-Academy of Self Defense.  Since 1969, the school has been pleased to offer the Chicago area a variety of martial arts classes to fit all needs and fitness levels.  With Mixed Martial Arts Training, Kenpo Karate, Russian Systema, Women's Kickboxing and Kid's Classes being offered, we are excited to work with you to help you achieve your personal goals.
